Letter Chain (Harf Zinciri) is made by Viberostech. You can delete your Letter Chain account and the data stored with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Letter Chain.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Tap Delete Permanently to confirm.
Your account is deleted from our servers right away, and the app starts over with a new, empty guest account.
Delete your account without the app
If you linked your account to Apple or Google, email info@viberostech.com from that account's email address with the subject "Letter Chain account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
If you never linked Apple or Google, your account is tied only to your device, so please use the in-app option above.
What we delete
- Your game progress, stars, coins and coin history, daily rewards and streaks
- Your battle pass, collection and cloud save
- Your profile: display name, @username and city
- Your linked Apple and Google sign-ins and the email address they shared with us
- The gameplay events stored on our servers
If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Letter Chain's access to your Apple ID.
What we keep
- A one-way hash of each in-app purchase you redeemed, so the same store purchase cannot be redeemed twice. It is not linked to you or to any account.
- Data our service providers hold under their own retention periods: anonymous crash reports (90 days) and analytics events (up to 14 months). See our privacy policy for details.
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases made through the App Store or Google Play; those are handled by Apple and Google.
