These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Letter Chain game ("Letter Chain", "the game"), operated by Viberostech ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Letter Chain you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Letter Chain is a Turkish word puzzle with campaign levels, daily challenges, themed level sets (atasözü / eş-zıt anlamlı), a season pass, and weekly leaderboards. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play Letter Chain.
3. Your account
Letter Chain creates an anonymous account on first launch tied to a device identifier — no email or social login required. You are responsible for activity on your account. Setting a display name and region on the leaderboard is optional. You may request account deletion via info@viberostech.com.
4. In-app purchases & subscriptions
- Coin packs and the Premium subscription are processed by Apple App Store.
- Premium subscriptions may include a free trial period; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
- Coins and Premium entitlement unlock for the account that made the purchase.
5. Virtual items
Coins, cards, cosmetics, season pass tiers, and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and are non-refundable once granted. They may be revoked if obtained through cheating or fraud.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, manipulate the device clock, or use automated tools to gain in-game advantages.
- Choose a display name that is offensive, impersonates a third party, or violates law.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the game.
- Use the leaderboard or any other feature to harass other players.
7. Advertising
Free-tier users see banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads via Google AdMob. You may grant or deny ad personalization via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on first launch. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
8. Intellectual property
Letter Chain — including code, design, mascot, level content, and brand — is owned by Viberostech and protected by copyright and trademark law. Atasözü (Turkish proverb) content is sourced from public cultural heritage.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Letter Chain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in cheating. You may stop playing at any time. Active subscriptions remain billable through Apple until cancelled in iOS Settings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued play after changes means acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
