These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dreamscape mobile application ("Dreamscape", "the app"), operated by Viberostech ("we", "us"). By installing or using Dreamscape you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Dreamscape is a sleep and relaxation app offering ambient soundscapes, a sleep timer, custom recordings, and a premium subscription tier. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dreamscape, and old enough under your local law to enter a binding contract.
3. Your account
You may use Dreamscape anonymously. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Premium is sold as monthly, yearly, or lifetime via Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your App Store / Play account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If we offer a free trial, you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
- Refunds are handled by Apple / Google per their store policies. We can only request refunds on your behalf in limited cases.
- Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be notified before any increase.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of any audio you record in Dreamscape. By uploading recordings to cloud sync, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit them solely for the purpose of providing the sync feature to you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content you don't have rights to.
- Attempt to circumvent premium gating or manipulate purchase verification.
7. Intellectual property
Dreamscape, its design, sounds, code, and brand are owned by Viberostech and protected by copyright and trademark law. Bundled sounds are licensed for use within the app only.
8. Disclaimer
Dreamscape is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app is uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Dreamscape is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viberostech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dreamscape. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
