These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WordBomb game ("WordBomb", "the game"), operated by Viberostech ("we", "us"). By installing or playing WordBomb you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
WordBomb is a fast-paced word game with singleplayer and multiplayer modes. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play WordBomb.
3. Your account
You may play anonymously or sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by emailing us.
4. In-game purchases
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of those stores.
- Premium features unlock for the account that made the purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, or use automated tools.
- Harass other players via chat or display names.
- Impersonate Viberostech staff.
- Reverse-engineer or modify the game.
6. User-generated content
Display names and chat messages you submit may be visible to other players. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
WordBomb, including code, design, and brand, is owned by Viberostech and protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
WordBomb is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop playing at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued play after changes means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
