This Privacy Policy describes how Viberostech ("we", "us") handles information when you play Letter Chain ("the game"), a Turkish word puzzle.
1. Information we collect
- Anonymous account: On first launch we create an anonymous account tied to a randomly generated device identifier — no email, no phone, no social login required. You can optionally set a display name and region (Turkish il) to appear on leaderboards.
- Progress & economy: Levels completed, stars earned, hints used, coin balance, daily streak, and reward claims are stored on our servers so your progress survives reinstalls and is safe from cheating.
- Usage analytics: Anonymous events (game starts, level completions, ad views, IAP purchases) via Firebase Analytics help us improve gameplay and monetization.
- Crash reports: Anonymous crash data (stack trace, device model, OS version) via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising identifier (IDFA): Only if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Used to make ads more relevant.
- Purchase receipts: Apple App Store delivers signed receipts for any in-app purchase or subscription. RevenueCat helps us track entitlements across devices.
2. How we use the information
- To run the game (progress, daily puzzles, leaderboard ranking).
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability.
- To detect cheating (server-validated daily/spin cooldowns and coin transactions).
- To show ads and measure ad performance.
- To deliver in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising
Letter Chain shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads via Google AdMob to free-tier users. We request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on first launch. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads. Premium subscribers see no ads.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with:
- Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting)
- Google AdMob (ad serving and measurement)
- Apple App Store (purchase processing)
- RevenueCat (subscription entitlement tracking)
- Railway (our hosting provider for game backend)
5. Your rights
- Access: Email us and we'll provide a copy of your data.
- Deletion: Email info@viberostech.com with your in-app user ID (Settings → Profile) to request account deletion.
- Opt-out of tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.
- Opt-out of notifications: Settings → Notifications in the app.
6. Children
Letter Chain is suitable for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us for removal.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States via Firebase and Apple). We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.
8. Data retention
Game progress is retained for as long as your account exists. Crash reports are retained for 90 days. Analytics events are retained for 14 months per Firebase defaults. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the game.
