These terms cover your use of Scorepact ("the app"), published by Viberostech ("we", "us"). Installing or using the app means you accept them.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Scorepact on devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. You may not resell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
2. The score is not an official record
Scorepact records what you tap. It is a scorekeeper, not an umpire: it cannot see the court and it does not adjudicate anything. A scoreline it produces has no official standing in any competition, and we make no warranty that a recorded match is accurate, complete or free of mistaken taps. Where a result matters — a ranking, a prize, a dispute — the governing body's own procedure decides it, not this app.
3. Sharing
When you share a match you make it readable by anyone holding the link. You are responsible for what you put in a match you share, including the names you type. Do not enter another person's name and share it without their agreement, and do not use the name fields for anything other than identifying players.
We may remove shared content that is unlawful, abusive, impersonates someone, or is used to harass a person, and we may withdraw sharing from an account that does this repeatedly.
4. Club leagues
A club organiser who creates a league is responsible for the player list they enter and for distributing join codes to the right people. A join code lets its holder report results as that player; treat codes accordingly. Standings are computed from reported results, and a wrong result is a matter for the club to correct, not for us to arbitrate.
5. Health and safety
Scorepact records a workout and shows heart rate that Apple Health measures. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and nothing it displays is medical advice. Play within your limits and take medical questions to a professional.
6. Availability
Scoring, match history and Apple Health integration work on your device and do not need us. Shared links and club leagues depend on our server, which we may change, interrupt for maintenance, or discontinue. We do not guarantee uptime. If we ever shut the service down we will give notice in the app first, and your matches will remain on your device.
7. Price
Scorepact is free to use. If we introduce paid plans, the price and what it covers will be shown before you are asked to pay, and anything you already have will keep working. Purchases, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for any outcome that follows from relying on a recorded score. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Termination
You can stop using Scorepact at any time by deleting it. We may withdraw access to the sharing and league service where these terms are broken.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use Scorepact as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country's law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
